1. What is the best way for me to find the product I want?
Answer: The best way to find out if we have listed the particular products you are looking for is to do a search using the little magnifying glass icon in the menu at the top of most pages. You can use quote marks to make your searches more accurate. Use quotes like, "Willie Nelson" etc.
If you want to list all albums, search for "vinyl LP". If you want to list all coins, search for "coins". If you want to list all stamps, search for "stamps". Searches return small results with just the image, title and price - for details, click the image. If your Product does not come up in a search, contact us and if we have one in inventory we will list it for you.
2. My search did not return any result for the item I am looking for.
Answer: We are adding products daily, but there will be times when what you want is not listed. We have over 25 storage/shipping facilities across the country and well over 500,000 albums, coins, and stamps available. Just go to our Contact form and send us a note with information on your query and we will check our full inventory. If available, we will promptly post the item and let you know.
3. My search returned some items that I did not expect or want.
Answer: The search scans both the titles and descriptions. So if you search for the band, The Who, all of their listed albums will come up. However, you may also get many other results that have the word who in them. You can generally solve this problem using quote marks. A search for "The Who" will normally bring up just the listed albums for that band.
4. Can I just pay with a major credit/debit card. I do not have a PayPal account?
Answer: PayPal will allow you to use a credit or debit card. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account.
